Level measuring

Level measurement is integral part of process management in many industries. There are two main types of measurements. Limit measurement is when a sensor measures a point of one discreet place of fluid, in that case the head is pre-set on required level. Generally, this type of sensor works also as an alarm-overflow signal, or as a marker for low or high value of level.  Continuous level readers are more elaborate and they are capable of making an outline of the state of the head, monitoring the whole system. Continuous readers are used for measuring the head of fluid level in its full extent.  Information about the state of level is transmitted by analogical output signal and, eventually, the reading is obtained with a data output on a concrete bus bar with other elaboration in higher-level system. Output signal directly correlates with the grade of level in container. If we want to create  system on  directorate level , output signal is connected to regulation loop or is eventually connected  to visual indicator –display.
